Where a user is authorised to view more than one Carriage Service Provider Code, it will be possible for the dashboard to only show data pertaining to a specified CSP. Where a user is only authorised to view data for a single CSP then the CSP Code selection drop down will not be displayed.
IPND Carriage Service Provider – User is able to access a Dashboard that shows critical information about the upload and download of files and other elements of interaction with the IPND.
The Dashboard is displayed in sections. Each section is a compact version of displayable data. By default the latest four entries are displayed on the dashboard.
Each section can be scrolled through for more data. The title in each section links to a full version of the information.
What is a Changed CSP Report?
The purpose of this type of report is to provide Data Providers
with information regarding lost and gained Customer Records by
Carriage Service Provider Code (CSP). This is necessitated by
the fact that Public Numbers may be transferred between CSPs
any
number of times. There are two types of these reports
"Daily" and "Monthly" which are accessible
from this screen.
Note that Customer Records “owned” by a CSP are mapped to the File Source that submitted the Customer Record.
Changed CSP Monthly Reports
This screen allows the Carriage Service Provider user to view an
extract of the changed CSP Monthly reports and if any present,
supports the ability to down load them. This report will be run
monthly on the 1st of the month for all Customer Records where a
CSP Code change occurred in the previous month.
These reports are generated automatically by the system and the Fields displayed are:
- CSP Code
- Filename
- No of Records
- Generated Date (Melbourne Date Time by default)
- Downloaded Date (earliest Date Time by any user)
- Status (Generated, Available, Downloaded)
- Download Button (if available to download)
Changed CSP Daily Reports
This screen allows the Carriage Service Provider user to view an
extract of the changed CSP Daily reports and if any present,
shows an option to down load them. This report will be produced
only if there is a loss or gain of the
CSP Code on a Customer Record during the previous day.
These reports are generated automatically by the system and the Fields displayed are:
- CSP Code
- Filename
- No of Records
- Generated Date (Melbourne Date Time by default)
- Downloaded Date (earliest Date Time by any user)
- Status (Generated, Available, Downloaded)
- Download Button (if available to download)
Data Extract History
The purpose of this report is to provide Carriage Services with
a snapshot of the data that has been have uploaded into the IPND
with a specific Carriage Service Provider Code. This report will
be run “on request”, although a maximum of 10 requests per year
will
be accepted from any single Carriage Service Provider
without IPND Manager approval.
Display a history of data snapshots generated, fields displayed
are:
- Elements Displayed
- CSP Code
- File name
- Number of records extracted
- Number of files generated
- Datetime first file generated
- Files Downloaded
- Downloaded Date

- Generated (file has been created but not yet available to download)
- Downloaded (file ready for user download)

- Details – when more than 1 ready to download (next popup screen shows options to download)
- Download – when 1 file ready to download
Data Extract Event Status
This section shows a summary of the current set of scheduled data extracts that are in place and that can be managed by the Carriage Service Provider.
When a request has been previously scheduled, they will be displayed here. Fields displayed are:
- Carriage Service Provider Code
- Scheduled date time (default Aus/Melb)
- Snapshot criteria.
- Schedule/Event - identifies the scheduled event uniquely.

Edit Schedule button allows user to modify a Requested or
Scheduled request
Data Extract Request
Allows the Carriage Service Provider user to request and
schedule an extract for a specific date and time.
Fields displayed are:

Scheduled Date – a calendar widget that allows the user to
select a date. The date must be at least 1 day in the
future.

Scheduled Time - If not entered, it will default to a value
eg. 9.00.
- CSP Code – Allows user to select the CSP Code if the user is entitled to access data from more than one Carriage Service Provider.
