IPND Help Centre: Consumer - User Query Display detailed

The screen allows the display of active user queries with additional filters.

The most recent active queries are displayed by default.
Fields displayed

• Consumer file source
• Public number
• User query date
• Error code
• Comment
• Status
  • Active
    
  • Historical
• Status Date
  • Date when the status changed
• Acknowledged (Ack)
  • Set to "Y" if the Data Provider has acknowledged the query.
    

Filtering is available on:

• Consumer file source
  • Select from drop down
    
• Error code
  • Select from drop down
    
• Acknowledged by provider
  • Checkbox "Acknowledged Only"
    
• Public number
  
  • Enter number in "Public Number Query Specification"

Consumer can also include history by checking the "Include History" check box.
