The first graph defaults to the last 12 months of data and shows a graphical representation of error counts. Specifically:

Where the Data Provider has access to multiple filesource data
sets, the data is shown in aggregate.
Filtering is available by;
- File source
- CSP Code
- Error code
The second graph displays errors for the last complete month in order of volume.
Clicking on a bar will display a table of the Public Number
Records for that month with the specific error as described in
the
Display Pubic Number for Error
screen.
The Data Provider can download data associated with both parts of the screen by clicking on the relevant "Download Data" button.
The data is downloaded as a csv file that can be saved locally.
