IPND Help Centre: Consumer - Display Data Refreshes History

This screen is accessed by clicking on the section title in the dashboard or by selecting the "Reports" menu option.

If no refreshes have been run for the Data Consumer, "No data found" is displayed.

If refreshes have been run for the Data Consumer, the following details are displayed:

• File source
• Type
  
  • DCR - Data Consumer Refresh
• File name
  
• Number of records in the extract
• Number of files
• Generated date
  
• Files downloaded
  
• Downloaded date
• Status
  • Generated
    • indicates that the file is available for download
      
  • Downloaded
    • status is set to download when all files in the extract have been downloaded

Data can be sorted by:

• File name
• Generated Date (default is descending)

Filtering is available on:

• File source
• Status
  • Generated
    
  • Downloaded
• Generated date
  • Start Date
    
  • End Date
