IPND Help Centre: Provider - Error File Status

If this view is invoked from the dashboard, the initial display will contain the same defaults as the dashboard.

Fields displayed are:

• Filesource
• File name
• Retry number
• Current status - can be;
  • Generated - indicates that the .err file has been generated
  • Available - indicates that the .err file is available for download
  • Downloaded - indicates that the .err file has been downloaded
• Status Date
• Error count
• Error details
  
  • Clicking on "View" displays error details for the specific error file. Details displayed are;
    • Public number
      • If file level error, this field will display N/A
        
    • Row in file
      
      • If file level error, this field will display N/A
    • Error Code
    • Error Description.
      

Filtering is available by:

• Filesource
  • If a filesource filter has been selected on the dashboard, it will be the default filter
• File Status Type
  • Available
    
  • Generated
    
  • Downloaded
• Status date
  • Date range can be used to restrict the output display
