IPND Help Centre: Manager - Dashboard - Recent Data Refreshes/Snapshots

The compact display on the IPND Manager's Dashboard defaults to the last four extracts (Refreshes or Snapshots) More files can be viewed using the scrollbar.

The Detailed Display of Refreshes/Snapshots screen is accessible from the menu or by clicking on the title of this section.

Details of data listed:

• Data is sorted by date generated in descending order
• No filters are possible from this display

Fields displayed:

• FileSource
• Extract Type - DPS (Data Provider Snapshot) or DUR (Data User Refresh)
• File name
• Total number of records
• Number of files in the extract
• Date generated
• Files downloaded
  
• Downloaded date
• Status:
  • Generated
  • Downloaded - Status is set to downloaded when all files in the extract have been downloaded

IPND Manager has the ability to review Data Provider Snapshots or Data User Refreshes by scrolling through this data.
