Manager - Display Requests - Detail

The display allows the IPND Manager to view all data extracts (snapshots and refreshes) that have been scheduled by providers and consumers. Data is shown for requests scheduled up to 30 days ahead. Any requests scheduled beyond that date are not shown.

Elements displayed:
  • Request Date
  • Extract Type
    • DPS - indicates a Data Provider Snapshot
    • DUR - indicates a Data Consumer Refresh
  • File source
  • Criteria
    • Displays any criteria selected by the requestor to restrict the extract
  • Status
    • Deleted - indicates that the request was deleted by the requestor.
    • Queued - indicates the request is in progress. Note: this status will rarely be seen because of speed of processing.
    • Rejected - indicates that the IPND Manager has rejected the request.
    • Requested - indicates approval required from the IPND Manager before the request is allowed. This can occur if the number of requests for the file source has exceeded the limit.
    • Scheduled - indicates that the request has been automatically scheduled or the IPND Manager has allowed the request.
  • Action Buttons - Allow/Reject
    • Allow - The IPND Manager clicks "Allow" to allow the request to go ahead.
      • An Information Alert displays the result of the action
      • The status of the request will be changed to "Scheduled"
    • Reject - The IPND Manager clicks "Reject" to reject the request.
      • An Information Alert displays the result of the action.
      • The status of the request will be changed to "Rejected"
  • Files downloaded
  • Downloaded date
  • Status:
    • Generated
    • Downloaded - Status is set to downloaded when all files in the extract have been downloaded

Filtering options:

  • File Source
  • Extract Type (DCR or DPS)
  • Extract status type
    • Deleted
    • Queued
    • Rejected
    • Requested
    • Scheduled
  • Start and End Date requested

Data can be sorted on the following fields:

  • Request date - default is decending
  • File source
