IPND Help Centre: Consumer - Dashboard - Download File Status

This compact view displays the last four files for the Data Consumer. A coloured banner is displayed in defined alert conditions. Detailed description of alerts is listed in Dashboard Alert Colours

The detailed Download File Status screen is accessible from the menu of by clicking on the title of this section.

Data is displayed for all consumer file sources that the consumer has access to unless a file source filter has been selected.

The consumer can scroll through this section of the dashboard for more details or click on the section title for a full display.

Fields displayed in this section:

• File source(s)
• File name
• Status
  • Generated
    • Indicates that the file is generated but not yet available for download.
  • Available
    • Indicates the file has been generated and is available for download
  • Downloaded
    • Status is set to downloaded when the file has been downloaded
