This screen will show any user queries raised by IPND Data
Consumers against numbers currently associated with the Data
Provider.
If there are no outstanding queries, "No data found" is displayed.
By default only user queries that have been raised subsequent to the latest update of the data will be displayed. This can be overridden by checking the "Include History" checkbox.
The Data Provider will not be shown the details of the organisation that raised the query.
Fields displayed:

Status
- Status is Active unless "Include History" has been requested

If "Include History" has been selected, status can be:
- Replaced - The query has been replaced by the Data Consumer i.e. a new query has been submitted with the same public number and error code

Historical - indicates that the Data Provider has
updated the record
- Status date

Acknowledge
- A checkbox to acknowledge the query
- When Acknowledge is selected, the state of the record is changed and the database is refreshed

If the screen is refreshed, Acknowledged records will not
be displayed unless "Include Acknowledged" has been
selected.
