Provider - User Query Display

This screen will show any user queries raised by IPND Data Consumers against numbers currently associated with the Data Provider.

If there are no outstanding queries, "No data found" is displayed.

By default only user queries that have been raised subsequent to the latest update of the data will be displayed. This can be overridden by checking the "Include History" checkbox.

The Data Provider will not be shown the details of the organisation that raised the query.

Fields displayed:

  • File source
  • Public number
  • User query date
    • the date the query was processed by the IPND
  • Error code
  • Comment
    • a brief description input by the data consumer who raised the issue
  • Status
    • Status is Active unless "Include History" has been requested
    • If "Include History" has been selected, status can be:
      • Replaced - The query has been replaced by the Data Consumer i.e. a new query has been submitted with the same public number and error code
      • Historical - indicates that the Data Provider has updated the record
  • Status date
  • Acknowledge
    • A checkbox to acknowledge the query
    • When Acknowledge is selected, the state of the record is changed and the database is refreshed
    • If the screen is refreshed, Acknowledged records will not be displayed unless "Include Acknowledged" has been selected.

Filtering is available on the following fields:

  • File source
  • Error
    • The display can be limited to specific error numbers
