IPND Help Centre: Setup Two Factor Authentication

Setup Two Factor Authentication

This is the process whereby an authorised portal user sets up one time password/two factor authorisation.

The process is initiated either when:

  • A user is invited by the IPND Manager or organisation Admin user
  • When the user's 2FA is reset by either the IPND Manager or organisation Admin user

An email is sent either as an invite or a reset to the user's email address.

The text of the email is :

Dear Firstname Lastname,

Organisation Admin from IPND Data Provider Organisation
has invited you to use the IPND Web Portal

Use the link below to set up your account and get started.

Do not reply to this email. If you have questions for the IPND Manager please send them to IPND.Manager@team.telstra.com

To Accept the invite please click here

The user will click on the email link to accept the invite.
