The Data Provider can request and schedule a snapshot. Once the
snapshot has been requested it will be displayed in the Data
Snapshot Request Status section of the dashboard.
Fields displayed are:

Scheduled date
- The date can be typed in or selected via the calendar
- The date must be in yyyy-mm-dd format

The date must be at least one day in the future

File source
- Allows selection of file source if the user is allowed to see more than one.
