IPND Help Centre: Manager - Public Number Query Request

The Public Number Query Request is accessible either from the dashboard or from the "Public Number Query Display" menu option

Dashboard

The IPND Manager can enter public number(s) and click on "View" or "Request" from the dashboard.

• View
  • Generates metadata on screen in same form as the IPNDMD report
  • A maximum of 50 comma separated Public Numbers can be entered

• Request
  • Sends a request to generate IPNDMD and IPNDME reports for the number(s). The resulting reports will be available in the IPND Manager's download directory.
  • A maximum of 360 comma separated Public Numbers can be entered up to 4K in length which ever occurs first

Public number input: (for View or Request):

• you can now copy and paste from a list of numbers (e.g. text file, Excel column) which will be treated just like comma separated numbers
• Care: if the numbers input are copied from a single line, then commas must separate the numbers. Only numbers each on a new line (e.g. Excel column), do not need commas to separate them.

The data associated with the IPNDME report will not be displayed on screen as it contains personal information

Public Number Query Display Screen

The IPND Manager can enter public number(s) and click on "Find", note that:

• • A maximum of 50 comma separated Public Numbers can be entered
    
  • See Public Number input above for ways in which numbers can be input

The IPND Manager can filter to a specific File Source. If this option is used, then records not corresponding to that file source will not be displayed.
