Provider - Public Number Status Query

Dashboard

From the dashboard, the data provider may enter a request for any public number. However the data that is displayed will be limited to numbers linked to the file source(s) with which the logged in user is associated.
If the user has used the file source filter in the dashboard, this will be passed as default to the query.

Fields displayed:

  • Public Number
    • The user can enter public numbers separated by a comma if more than one.
    • A maximum of 50 comma separated Public Numbers can be entered.
    • Alternately you can copy and paste from a list of numbers (e.g. text file, Excel column) which will be treated just like comma separated numbers.
    • Care: if the numbers input are copied from a single line, then commas must separate the numbers. Only numbers each on a new line (e.g. Excel column), do not need commas to separate them.
  • View
    • The Public Number Query Display Screen is displayed.
    • If the number is valid i.e the file source associated with the number is also associated with the user, the details documented in Display Public Number Query Results are shown.

The data provider can click on any public number can click on "Find"

Only numbers that the provider is authorised to see are displayed as documented in Display Public Number Query Results
