Getting started on the Web Portal

To access the IPND Web Portal a user must be defined with one of the roles listed below :

Role Description Authorisation allowed
Super Admin The Super Admin role will be allocated to one or more persons associated with the IPND Manager
Create and authorise Admin users.
Allocate Roles to users
Admin An Admin role will be asssociated with each organisation that has been given access to the IPND Web Portal
Create and authorise users for the specific organistion
User
Within an organisation that has been given authority to access the IPND, a user will have data access rights that are associated with that class of user.
An IPND Web Portal user that is accessing the data.


Any new user of the Web Portal has to be invited to use the Web Portal. The invitation consists of an email containing a link to set up Two Factor Authorisation (2FA) and a password. The email is sent to the email address registered for the user which will also constitute the user's login id. The 2FA setup process is defined Setup Two Factor Authentication

Userid (email address ), password and 2FA token are entered in the login page (displayed below)


Once authenticated, the user must accept the terms agreement to proceed.

A dashboard is the first page displayed. Detail on the dashboard will depend on the level of access defined by the user role.

Data displayed on the dashboard will be a summary of data available via the side menu. Data on the dashboard is displayed in sections. Section headings are links to more detailed pages.
