This screen is made available to a Data Consumer to request and
schedule an refresh extract for a specific date. The consumer
has the option to restrict the set of data to be extracted based
on several other criteria.
The screen provides an input area to generate a request, a list of scheduled requests and a list of historical refreshes which is the same as Data Refresh History
Input area
Criteria that can be specified:

Scheduled Date
- Select from calendar. This must be at least 1 day in the future

Limit to file source if more than one allocated to the
organisation
- Select from drop down box

Schedule extract to repeat regularly
- Every 3 months
- Every 91 days
- Every 6 months
- Annually

Post Code Selection Type
- Directory
- Service

NOTE: This option is limited to data consumers that have
access to both types of postcodes.

Connected services only
- Check "Connected only" checkbox

Post code list
- Enter specific postcodes in the "Post codes" input area

Click on "Schedule data refresh"
Data Refresh Requests
If the request above has been successful, detail will be
displayed in this area. If no requests are pending, "No data
found" is displayed.

The final part of the screen displays the same data as the Data Refresh History screen
