This section of the dashboard allows the consumer to create user query record(s) for public numbers that they have been provided data for.
The detailed screen can be accessed by clicking on the section
title or from the "Reports" side menu.
- The query must be assigned to a single Consumer File Source by selecting the "File Source" drop down box
- A public number is entered in the area indicated

An error code is chosen from the"Select Error To View" drop
down box
- The codes listed cover each field in the data provider upload file. The consumer must select the relevant code
- A comment can be entered to further qualify the issue
Click on "Create" to submit the query.
If no queries have been created "No data found" is displayed.
If queries have been created, refer to User Query Display for detail.
