If Data Snapshots have been run for the Data Provider, the following information is displayed:

• Filesource
• Type
  
  • DPS - Indicating a Data Provider Snapshot
  • DCR - Indicating a Data Consumer Refresh
• File name
  
• Number of records
  
• Number of files generated
  
• Generated date
  
• Files downloaded
  • Number of files downloaded
    
• Downloaded date
• Status
  • Generated - indicates that the file has been created but is not yet available for download
  • Downloaded - status is set to downloaded when ALL the files in the snapshot have been downloaded
    

Data is sorted on Date generated (latest first)
No further sorting or filtering is available in the compact version.
