IPND Help Centre: Provider - Dashboard - Upload File Status

This compact view displays the status of the last four files uploaded by the Data Provider.
A coloured banner is displayed in defined alert conditions. Detailed description of alerts is listed in Dashboard Alert Descriptions
The detailed Upload File Status screen is accessible from the menu or by clicking on the title of this section.

Data is displayed for all file sources that the user is entitled to view unless a file source filter has been selected.

The Data Provider can scroll this section of the dashboard for more details or click on the section title for a full display.

Fields displayed in this section:

• File source
• File name
• Retry number
• Current status - can be;
  • Received - received by upload process
  • Rejected
    • If rejected prior to processing, there will be no retry number associated with the file
    • if rejected at file level, a retry number will be assigned.
      
  • Processed
    • The file has been processed.
      
• Status Date
  
• Records
  • Number of records in the file
    
• Loaded
  • Number of records loaded into the IPND - indicates records loaded with no MH errors. Records loaded could have MS errors or Warnings.
    
• Status History
  • This is a pop-up window showing the history of the file showing date and time for events
    • Received
    • Processing started
      
    • Rejected with errors shown in Status Info column or;
    • Processed with details of any errors or warnings in Status Info column
      

Data is sorted on Status Date (descending)
No further sorting is available in the compact version.
