The upper section of the dashboard allows the user to create a
new user query. When the query is created it will be displayed
in the "User Query Display" section of the screen.
- The query must be assigned to a single file source by selecting the "File Source" drop down box
- A public number is entered in the area indicated

An error code is chosen from the"Select Error To View" drop
down box
- The codes listed cover each field in the data provider upload file. The consumer must select the relevant code
- A comment can be entered to further qualify the issue
Click on "Create" to submit the query.
The query will be listed on the dashboard in the display section.
