IPND Help Centre: Manager - Upload File Status - Detail

If invoked from the Dashboard - Upload File Status section the screen will be initially displayed with the same defaults as the dashboard.

Details of data displayed by default:

• All File Sources
  • File Source can be restricted by using the drop down box
  • File sources that are inactive are marked with a *
    
• Rejected files
  • Processed or Rejected or both can be selected using the drop down box
    
• Sorted by Status date
  • Start and End dates can be selected to filter output
    

Fields displayed:

• File Source
• File name
• Retry number
• Status (Processed or Rejected)
• Status Date
  
• Records (# of records in the file)
• Loaded (# of records loaded i.e with no MH errors)
• Errors
  • if the file has been processed, this field contains a total count of MH and MS errors
  • if the file has been rejected, this field contains a total count of File Level errors
    

Data can be sorted on:

• File name
• Status date
