IPND Help Centre: Manager - Dashboard - Upload File Status

The compact display on the IPND Manager's Dashboard screen defaults to show the last four files.

For more files the display can be expanded using the scrollbar.

The Detailed Display - Upload File Status screen is accessible from the menu or by clicking on the title of this section.

Details of data listed:

• Rejected files only
  
• Data for all File Sources
• Data sorted on Service Date
• No further sorting is possible on this screen

Fields displayed are:

• Filesource
• File name
• Retry Number
• Status - always Rejected in this screen
• Status Date
  
• Records - the number of records in the rejected file
  
• Loaded - N/A in this screen as only Rejected files are listed
  
• Errors - Details the File level errors encountered in the file
