Organisations List
This display lists the Organisations that have been created.
Columns Listed:
- Organisation name
- Organisation code
- ABN
- Address

- MN - Super User/IPND Manager
- DP - Data Provider
- DC - Data Consumer
- DP,DC - Organisation that is both Data Provider and Data Consumer
- REG - Regulatory Organisation

Filtering is available on any field.
Sorting is available on any field.
Create new IPND Organisations
This is the process used by the IPND Manager to create an Organisation that is entitled to use the portal.
The pop-up window to create a new organisation is displayed when "Create" is clicked from the Organisations screen.
The IPND Manager creates an organisation with the following details:
- Organisation name
- Organisation Code
- ABN
- Address
- Organisation Class
- IPND Manager
- Regulator
- Data Provider
- Data Consumer
- Data Provider and Data Consumer
- Secondary Data Consumer

Valid File Sources
- only for DP, DC, DP/DC and SDC organisations
Press "Create" to Create the Organisation.
If the organisation is one of DP, DC, DP/DC and SDC a valid File Source will need to be associated with the organisation. Follow process Manage File Sources to select File Source(s)
Edit Organisation Details
Click on the pencil icon to edit the Organisation details.
Change any details in this screen and click on "Update Organisation"
The Organisation class cannot be changed on this screen if file sources or uses have already been added to the organisation.
If Files Sources need to be changed or added, follow the process below.
Manage File Sources
NOTE: This option will not be available for Regulatory (REG) organisations. The option will be greyed out.
Clicking on "Manage File Sources" when editing an existing
organisation or creating a new organisation, displays a list of
available File Sources.
Only available File Sources will be displayed. If a Filesource is already assigned to another Organisation, it will not be listed.
Available File Sources will have been set up by the IPND support team. There is no ability to create File Sources in the portal.
The File Source is selected by ticking the checkbox next to the File Source and clicking on "Update File Sources"
The display will now show the File Source linked to the organisation.
When a File Source is added to an organisation, it will initially only be available to the Organisation's admin user.
An admin user must be created for the Organisation in order to assign the Filesource. If the Admin user has not yet been created, follow the procedure at IPND Manager - Create Users.
