The IPND Manager refers to the organisation responsible for the
management of the IPND.
The IPND Manager user is a Super
Admin user on the Web Portal.
The Dashboard displays
in sections, the latest summarised information about the IPND
files and Data .
Each section is a compact version of the
displayable data. By default, the latest four lines of
information are shown on the dashboard.
Each section can
be scrolled through for more data. The title in each section
links to a full version of the information.
- The last four Rejected files are displayed when the dashboard is loaded.
- Data for all Filesources is displayed
- Data is sorted by Status Date
- The last four available management reports are displayed when the dashboard is loaded.
- The Report Type (Description), the Report filename and date generated are displayed.

The reports can be downloaded using the download button if the
report has been encrypted for this user. The downloaded report
is saved to the local desktop.
